About Leliki

Building Singapore's future through responsible construction practices and environmental stewardship

Our Foundation

Leliki was established in 2015 by a group of construction engineers and environmental specialists who recognized a gap in Singapore's building industry. They observed that while construction projects were advancing technologically, many sites still struggled with waste management, worker safety protocols, and environmental compliance. The founders brought together 47 years of combined experience from major infrastructure projects across Southeast Asia, including the Marina Bay development and Changi Airport expansion.

What We Do

We provide comprehensive training programs for construction professionals, focusing on three pillars: site safety management, environmental protection, and clean construction methodologies. Our courses cover BCA Green Mark requirements, workplace safety regulations under the Ministry of Manpower, and practical waste reduction techniques. Since our inception, we have trained over 3,200 construction workers, site supervisors, and project managers across 180 companies operating in Singapore.

Our Approach

We combine classroom instruction with hands-on practical sessions at actual construction sites in Bishan, Toa Payoh, and Jurong. Each program includes modules on hazard identification, proper use of personal protective equipment, dust control systems, and noise management. Participants learn to implement the 5S methodology adapted for construction environments and understand how to maintain compliance with NEA environmental standards. Our instructors are certified by SkillsFuture Singapore and hold active construction site management licenses.

Industry Recognition

Our training programs are accredited by the Building and Construction Authority and recognized by the Singapore Contractors Association Limited. We maintain partnerships with 23 construction firms and have contributed to reducing workplace accidents by an average of 34% among companies whose staff completed our safety modules. Our environmental training has helped clients achieve BCA Green Mark certifications and reduce construction waste sent to Semakau Landfill by implementing on-site sorting and recycling protocols.
