Our program covers essential aspects of construction safety and environmental management. You'll learn about hazard identification, proper use of personal protective equipment, waste segregation protocols, dust control methods, and noise management. We also address chemical handling, emergency response procedures, and compliance with Singapore's Building and Construction Authority regulations. The curriculum includes practical sessions on implementing Environmental Control Officers requirements and maintaining clean work sites according to local standards.

This program is designed for construction site supervisors, project managers, safety coordinators, and workers who want to enhance their knowledge of safe practices. It's particularly valuable for those working on projects in residential areas like Bishan, Ang Mo Kio, or Toa Payoh where environmental considerations are paramount. New workers entering the construction industry will gain foundational knowledge, while experienced professionals can update their skills with current regulations and best practices applicable to Singapore's construction sector.

We maintain limited class sizes to ensure personalized attention and effective hands-on learning. Each session accommodates only 25 participants, allowing instructors to address individual questions and provide practical demonstrations. With high demand from construction companies across Singapore, seats fill quickly. The current session has only a few spots remaining, and we cannot guarantee availability beyond the registration deadline. Early registration also allows us to prepare customized materials and arrange necessary equipment for practical exercises.

Participants receive comprehensive knowledge that directly applies to daily work situations. You'll understand how to prevent accidents, reduce environmental impact, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. The training includes certification recognized by industry authorities, which can enhance career prospects. Companies benefit from reduced workplace incidents, fewer regulatory violations, and improved relationships with neighboring communities. Attendees also gain practical tools and checklists they can immediately implement on their construction sites throughout Singapore.

The complete program runs for two full days, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM each day. This includes classroom instruction, practical demonstrations, group discussions, and hands-on exercises. We've structured the schedule to balance theoretical knowledge with real-world applications. Lunch breaks and refreshment periods are included. The duration allows sufficient time to cover all essential topics without rushing, ensuring participants can absorb information and ask questions. For those unable to attend consecutive days, we occasionally offer weekend sessions, though availability varies.

Successful participants receive a Certificate of Completion from Leliki, which demonstrates your understanding of safe and clean construction principles. The certificate is valid for three years and is recognized by major contractors and developers across Singapore. To obtain certification, you must attend all sessions and pass a practical assessment on the final day. The assessment evaluates your ability to identify hazards, implement control measures, and apply environmental management techniques. Digital copies are provided immediately, with physical certificates mailed within five business days.

Sessions take place at our training facility located at Bishan Street 13, Block 190, Singapore 570190. The venue is easily accessible via public transport, with Bishan MRT station just a 10-minute walk away. Free parking is available for participants arriving by car. You'll receive access to our online resource portal with downloadable templates and updated regulatory information. The fee also includes the certification assessment and certificate issuance. Participants get one complimentary follow-up consultation session within three months after training, where you can discuss implementation challenges specific to your projects. All materials remain your property for future reference.

No prior certifications are required to attend this program. We welcome participants from all experience levels, from newcomers to the construction industry to seasoned professionals. The curriculum is structured to build knowledge progressively, starting with fundamental concepts before advancing to more complex applications. However, basic familiarity with construction site operations is helpful for understanding practical examples. All instruction is conducted in English, so participants should have sufficient language proficiency to follow lectures and participate in discussions. About Leliki

Building Singapore's future through responsible construction practices and environmental stewardship

Our Foundation

Leliki was established in 2015 by a group of construction engineers and environmental specialists who recognized a gap in Singapore's building industry. They observed that while construction projects were advancing technologically, many sites still struggled with waste management, worker safety protocols, and environmental compliance. The founders brought together 47 years of combined experience from major infrastructure projects across Southeast Asia, including the Marina Bay development and Changi Airport expansion.

What We Do

We provide comprehensive training programs for construction professionals, focusing on three pillars: site safety management, environmental protection, and clean construction methodologies. Our courses cover BCA Green Mark requirements, workplace safety regulations under the Ministry of Manpower, and practical waste reduction techniques. Since our inception, we have trained over 3,200 construction workers, site supervisors, and project managers across 180 companies operating in Singapore.

Our Approach

We combine classroom instruction with hands-on practical sessions at actual construction sites in Bishan, Toa Payoh, and Jurong. Each program includes modules on hazard identification, proper use of personal protective equipment, dust control systems, and noise management. Participants learn to implement the 5S methodology adapted for construction environments and understand how to maintain compliance with NEA environmental standards. Our instructors are certified by SkillsFuture Singapore and hold active construction site management licenses.

Industry Recognition

Our training programs are accredited by the Building and Construction Authority and recognized by the Singapore Contractors Association Limited. We maintain partnerships with 23 construction firms and have contributed to reducing workplace accidents by an average of 34% among companies whose staff completed our safety modules. Our environmental training has helped clients achieve BCA Green Mark certifications and reduce construction waste sent to Semakau Landfill by implementing on-site sorting and recycling protocols.
