Our programs have specific registration deadlines, as indicated by "последние часы для регистрации" (final hours for registration). It is your responsibility to:

• Complete registration before the stated deadline
• Ensure all required documentation and payment are submitted on time
• Understand that late registrations may not be accepted or may incur additional fees

• Cancellations made 7-14 days before the program start date: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the program start date: No refund
• No refunds will be issued after the program has commenced

• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
